Coupling Coordination Between Digital Economy and New Urbanization and Obstacle Factors
By selecting the relevant data of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2011 to 2020,this paper makes an empirically study by using the coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model,to test the spatial and temporal characteristics of the coupling coordinated development of digital economy and new urbanization and the obstacle factors in the process of coupling coordination. The empirical results show the following:the development level and coupling coordination degree show a steady upward trend;the coupling coordination in all regions develops from the low-level coupling stage to the high-level coupling stage;the regional spatial differences get gradually narrowed;the coupling coordination level of digital economy and new urbanization in Shanghai and Anhui Province has always been in an alternate leading position;the coupling coordination level of Jiangsu Province is relatively low in the first seven years, and then the gap gradually gets narrowed, and the coupling coordination level in Zhejiang Province gets improved the most in the past 10 years. From the criterion level, the key obstacle factors affecting the development of digital economy are respectively the total amount of telecommunications business and the number of industrial research and development projects above designated size, and the key obstacle factors affecting the development of new urbanization are respectively the number of students in ordinary colleges and universities per 10,000 people and the difference ratio of urban and rural medical care.
