An Empirical Study on Constructing Evaluation Index System for Graduate Students'Knowledge Absorptive Ability
For exploring the system and measurement regarding graduate students'knowledge absorptive ability,this study constructs,by using a Likert scale questionnaire,an evaluation model after giving concept definition and dimensions division,and conducts an empirical test by applying exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in structural equation modeling.The results of the empirical analysis show that the reasonable system on graduate students'individual knowledge absorption ability put the weights of each dimension in order of 29.68%,26.45%,22.90% and 20.97%for the ability of acquiring,utilizing,transforming and digesting respectively.The degree of importance of the four dimensions goes as follows:knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge utilization ability,knowledge transformation ability and knowledge digestion ability.According to the different importance of the four dimensions,postgraduates can improve their ability to absorb knowledge and promote their all-round development.
