A Survey of Learning Strategies on College English Vocabulary in Application-Oriented Universities
Vocabulary size is an important indicator of measuring English learners'English proficiency,but the accumulation of vocabulary is a very difficult process.In this study,118 college students were followed up for one year to observe and analyze the relationship between vocabulary learning methods and learning effects.With the help of quantitative analysis,this paper objectively presents the relationship between different learning methods and students'achievement,makes a difference analysis in in various variables involving gender,students'source and different majors,and finds that factors that affect students'learning achievements could have positive or negative roles in the influence weight;therefore,it is necessary to adjust the learning method according to different situations.
