三氧化钼纳米材料的制备、表征及电化学性质研究

三氧化钼纳米材料作为一种N型氧化物半导体材料,由于其丰富的结构、独特的理化性质在气体传感器、电化学传感器、光催化、锂离子电池等领域都具有广泛应用。采用水热合成技术并通过一步煅烧法设计合成新型三氧化钼纳米材料,并进行XRD、SEM表征,将其制备成电化学传感器,用于对过氧化氢的超灵敏检测,其检测范围可达:0。013 mM—0。306 mM,检测限为4。3 μM。
On Preparation,Characterization and Electrochemical Properties of Molybdenum Trioxide Nanomaterials
Molybdenum trioxide nanomaterial is a kind of N-type oxide semiconductor material.It has been widely used in gas sensors,electrochemical sensors,photocatalysis,lithium-ion batteries and other fields because of its rich structure and unique physical and chemical properties.In this paper,a new type of molybdenum trioxide nanomaterial was designed and synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis technology and one-step calcination method,and characterized by XRD and SEM methods.It was prepared into an electrochemical sensor to detect hydrogen peroxide.Its detection range is:0.013 mM~0.306 mM,and the detection limit is 4.3 μM.
