摘要

针对软包锂离子电池快速充电过程中的老化问题,建立锂离子电池仿真模型,分析不同充电倍率对电池性能影响规律.研究表明:采用不同倍率充电时,电池正、负极集流体电势变化与充电倍率呈正比关系,随着充电倍率增加,电极利用率增大,导致电极利用率略有不均,加速电池老化.同时针对锂离子电池生产过程中,极耳因结构较薄产生的翻折、弯曲、扭转等问题设计了七种不同加强筋结构,通过仿真分析确定最佳形状,为企业生产提供参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the aging problem of soft pack lithium-ion battery in the process of fast charging,a simulation model of lithium-ion battery is established to analyze the effect of different charging rates on battery performance.The results show that when charging with different rates,the change of positive and negative collector potential is proportional to the charging rate.As the charging rate increases,the electrode utilization rate increases,resulting in slightly uneven electrode utilization rate and accelerating the aging of the battery.In addition,seven different reinforcement structures are designed to solve the folding,bending and twisting problems caused by the thin structure of the electrode in the production process of lithium-ion battery.The optimal shape is determined by simulation analysis,which provided a reference for the production of enterprises.
