Russian Scholars'Cognition of China's Ecological Civilization Construction in the New Era
Based on long-term social practice,China has gradually formed a set of effective ecological civilization construction mechanism with Chinese characteristics,which has become an important means to meet the needs of the Chinese people in the field of environment.However,due to differences in political identity,knowledge structure and cognitive positions,Russian scholars have formed different cognitive views on China's ecological civilization construction.Overall,they can be divided into three aspects:the contents,specific measures and the impact,among which there are systematic research,the formation of reasons,and deviation and misunderstanding of different levels.Therefore,China should strengthen the international significance of ecological civilization construction from three aspects:enhancing the identification degree of ecological civilization mechanism,establishing exchange mechanism and optimizing international communication mechanism.
