摘要
在高等教育国际化发展和"一带一路"战略背景下,大学联盟化发展成为必然趋势.行业特色型大学联盟逐渐成为区域性国际教育联盟的重要类型.中俄两国在石油工业领域的交流与合作有着坚实的历史基础和能源战略需求.世界能源大学联盟(WEUN)作为首个由我国高校发起成立的国际性石油行业大学联盟,以构建能源领域研究创新、教育信息共享、学术资源互换平台为首要目标.探讨世界能源大学联盟的发展路径,探索中俄石油化工与人文交流"互助开放式"实施路径,助力我国石油行业高校依托大学联盟寻找适合自身的国际化道路,进而发挥全球能源合作引领者的积极作用.
Abstract
Under the background of international development of higher education and the Belt and Road initiative,the development of university alliance has become an inevitable trend.In recent years,industry-specific university alliance has gradually become an important type of regional international education alliance.The exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in the field of petroleum industry have a solid historical foundation and strategic energy needs.As the first international oil industry university alliance initiated by Chinese universities,the World Energy University Network(WEUN)aims to build a platform for research and innovation in the field of energy,sharing of educational information and exchange of academic resources.This paper gives an in-depth consideration to the development path of WEUN,and explores the implementation path of"mutual assistance and openness"in China-Russia petrochemical and humanities exchanges,which will help China's petroleum industry colleges and universities to find their own international path relying on the university alliance,and then play a positive role as a leader of global energy cooperation.
