时代新人的劳动精神培育路径探讨

摘要
在新时期,大力培养新时期的劳动精神,已经是全社会的共同共识.劳动精神的内容十分丰富,其突出政治底色和灵魂主线是马克思的劳动观,其发展过程是贯穿其中的.劳动精神的鲜明价值导向是以人为本,源于并回归于人们的生产劳动实践.在新时期,重塑马克思主义劳动观,强化社会舆论引导,鼓励勤劳、诚实和创新劳动,完善制度保障,是培养新时期劳动精神的重要途径.
Abstract
In the new era,it is a common consensus of the whole society to vigorously cultivate the labor spirit in the new era.Labor spirit has rich contents,and its prominent political background and soul mainline are Marx's views on labor,and run through the development process.The distinct value orientation of labor spirit is people-oriented,which originates from and returns to people's production and labor practices.In the new era,the important ways to cultivate labor spirit in the new era are suggested as the following:reshaping the Marxist labor concept,strengthening the guidance of social public opinion,encouraging diligent,honest,and innovative labor,and improving institutional guarantees.
