摘要
荫补制度是朝廷照顾权贵阶层政治身份而授予其子孙官职的一项制度化的特权恩惠.阶官化以后的防御使、团练使常用以表示官员的迁转,成为身份与地位的标识,适用这一迁转之制的,主要有宗室、宦官、外戚及高级武官等群体.为维护政局稳定,保障防御使、团练使的待遇,北宋朝廷对其给予荫补优待.终北宋一朝,无内乱之祸.由此,对于北宋武职的荫补制度,在给予足够重视的同时,也要给予肯定的评价.
Abstract
The hereditary supplement system is a kind of institutionalized privilege and favor in which the imperial court values the political status of the elite class and confers official positions on its descendants.After the promotion,defense and regimental training officials become the symbol of identity and status to indicate the appointment to a certain post.The appointment system is mainly applied to imperial clansman,eunuchs,relatives and senior military attaches.To maintain the political stability and ensure the treatment of defense and regimental training officials,they are awarded preferential supplement treatment by the Northern Song Court.At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty,there was no disaster of civil unrest.Therefore,we should pay enough attention and give a positive evaluation to the hereditary supplement system in the Northern Song Dynasty.
