Abstract
Sinongsi,responsible for the storage of the state,is one of national financial institutions.The chief official(Qing and Shaoqing)in Sinongsi are mainly responsible for the following matters,like conventional ones,such as controlling warehousing,general lead office supervision,supplying what is required,feed into the tilling tool,and special ones,such as participating in the government,serving as ambassadors,serving as other officials,temporary business.
