Surveillance Officials and Surveillance Power in the Political System of the Tang Dynasty——Centering on Code of the Tang Dynasty
Surveillance power is an important administrative authority in ancient China.The term"supervision power"appeared earlier and got formalized in the form of laws after a long period of development in the Tang Dynasty.This paper makes an in-depth study on some specific issue on,like the development and evolution of"supervision and supervision",the definition of supervision and supervision in Tang Dynasty,the division of supervision and supervision authority and the division of administrative level,the Tang law to supervision and supervision of dereliction of duty is indeed accurate,standard,weak and equal punishment,and so on,the legal problems of supervision and supervision are dialectically understood.Tang Dynasty supervision and legal construction is gradually formed on the basis of absorbing the essence of the former generation system and combining with the social and political situation of the time.Although it has its drawbacks and historical limitations under the background of feudal system,it still has important historical reference significance in the development of administrative legal construction of our country.
