The dissemination of Chinese culture in Africa is mainly carried out by Confucius Institutes.The Chinese language learning and Chinese culture promotion advocated by Confucius Institutes can eliminate,to a certain extent,African people's stereotype of China and Chinese people,improve China's cultural influence in Africa and promote the diversified development of African culture.Due to the limited infrastructure conditions in African countries and the single transmission mode of Chinese culture,Confucius Institutes in African countries have limited the ability to spread Chinese culture in terms of content and channels.With the help of new media,the effectiveness of Chinese culture communication in Confucius Institutes in Africa will be enhanced through various platforms and forms of communication and interaction.
