The rise of digital economy has led human society to go from the era of industrial economy to the era of digital economy characterized by digitization and intelligence.As the foundation of the digital economy,data assets show different characteristics from traditional assets.This paper analyzes the applicability of traditional valuation methods in data asset valuation,and establishes the evaluation system according to the situation of digital assets,where the corresponding analysis work is done to complete the evaluation research.
