进口技术复杂度对广州企业出口国内附加值率的影响

摘要
基于2000-2013年中国工业企业数据、中国海关贸易数据及CEPII-BACI,系统考察进口技术复杂度与广州企业出口国内附加值率的关系.研究发现:进口技术复杂度显著提升了广州企业出口国内附加值率;研发创新行为对广州企业进口技术复杂度的影响具有显著调节效应,即具有较高研发创新程度的企业通过进口技术复杂度促进广州企业出口DVAR的提升;机制检验发现,研发创新对广州企业出口DVAR作用的显著中介变量是企业成本加成率和进口中间品与国内中间品的相对价格.为促进广州企业出口国内附加值率和竞争力的提升,应加快推进进口政策由出口导向向创新导向升级.
Abstract
Based on the data of China Industry Business Performance,China Customs Trade and CEPII-BACI from 2000 to 2013,this paper systematically examines the relationship between import sophistication and the domestic value-added ratio(DVAR)of export for enterprises of Guangzhou.The results show that the import sophistication significantly improves the domestic value-added ratio of export of Guangzhou enterprises.R&D innovation behavior has a significant moderating effect on the import sophistication of Guangzhou enterprises,that is,enterprises with a higher degree of R&D innovation promote the improvement of export DVAR of Guangzhou enterprises through the import sophistication;Mechanism test shows that the significant mediating variables of the effect of R&D innovation on export DVAR of Guangzhou enterprises are the cost mark-up rate and the relative price of imported intermediates and domestic intermediates.In order to promote the increase of domestic value-added ratio and competitiveness of Guangzhou enterprises,it is necessary to accelerate the upgrading of import policy from export-oriented to innovation-oriented.
