By analyzing the direct and indirect impacts of population mobility on the urban employment market,this article reveals the complex relationship between the two.Research has found that population mobility directly affects the urban employment market by increasing labor supply,affecting wage levels and employment structure;meanwhile,population mobility indirectly affects the urban employment market by promoting industrial structure upgrading,technological innovation,and public policy adjustments.To this end,relevant measures are put forward to promote the coordinated development of population mobility and urban employment:improving policies on population mobility,increasing employment opportunities,and strengthening public services.
