"Production,Study and Research Competition"Four-wheel Drive Talent Training for the Specialty of Cultural Industry Management:The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures
The development of cultural industry cannot be separated from the support of talents,who are the core competitiveness.To achieve a strong cultural country,it is necessary to focus on the cultivation of cultural industry management talents.The cultural industry management major is complex and applicable,and the four-wheel drive of"industry-university-research Competition"is of great significance to cultivate cultural industry management talents.This paper conducts an anonymous survey on 376 students majoring in cultural industry management by means of questionnaire,analyzes the current situation of"industry-university-research competition"for cultural industry management majors in colleges and universities.On this basis,problems existing in talent training for cultural industry management majors are analyzed from four aspects:the subject ownership,the training goal,the teacher team and the curriculum system.From the different roles of universities,enterprises,governments and scientific research institutions,the countermeasures of training cultural industry management professionals are put forward,such as"industry-university-research competition","project practice-driven"and"competition-teaching integration".
