Urban Residents'Cognitive Perplexities and Strategies for Solving Charitable Donations
By combing through the confusion of residents'cognition on charitable donation,it is found that the residents'cognition disputes on charitable donation are mainly reflected in four aspects involving the motivation,the subject,the object and the content.The residents'cognition of charitable donation is debated in three aspects:traditional charity and network charity,large and small public welfare,high-profile and low-key charity.Strategies to improve the level of residents'charitable donations are put forward:clarifying the confusion of charity by distinguishing between"new public welfare"and"traditional public welfare",distinguishing the boundaries between old and new public welfare,increasing charity publicity,cultivating citizens'modern public welfare consciousness,vigorously advocating happy charity,and promoting the development of charity with happy public welfare.
