文化翻译理论视域下《桃花扇》文化负载词英译对比探析

让中国文化走出国门,翻译文化经典是重要的一步.《桃花扇》是中国清代戏剧的传奇剧本,该剧本中有大量与中国文化传统、社会风貌等相关的文化负载词.通过对《桃花扇》两个英译本的比较研究,从文化翻译理论视角对典籍翻译进行新探索,使传统文化走向世界.
Abstract
Translating cultural classics is viewed as an important step to make Chinese culture go abroad.As a legendary drama of Qing Dynasty,The Peach Blossom Fan contains a large number of cultural-loaded words related to Chinese cultural traditions and social life,etc.Through a comparative analysis on two English versions of The Peach Blossom Fan,this paper explores the translation of classics from the perspective of cultural translation theory and contributes to promoting traditional culture towards the world.
