Mechanisms for Developing Legal Professional Ethics in Legal Clinic Teaching——In the View of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education
Clinical legal education is a teaching method that can improve students'practical ability and professional ethics in a real social environment.Legal clinic courses are characterized by experience,autonomy,and openness.Legal clinic courses facilitate the realization of a student-centric teaching philosophy,enabling students to establish their proper values and to develop legal professional ethics.From the perspective of curriculum-based ideological and political education,this article explores an approach of"real cases+immersive situated teaching+reflective construction"to develop students'legal professional ethics in legal clinic learning.
