Legal Research on Cross-Border Data Flow——Taking International Cooperation in Northeast Asia as an Example
When studying legal issues related to cross-border data flow,in addition to fully considering the main regulatory legislation and supporting measures related to cross-border data flow in China,we should pay attention to the unity of the entire regulatory system and the standardization of the entire regulatory model.Given that fact that cross-border data flow makes a great difference to economic globalization,this paper explores the docking issue of cross-border data flow rules between Northeast Asian countries and RCEP data.For ensuring the legality of China's cross-border data flow regulations under the RCEP rules,the following measures are put forward accordingly:emphasizing the principle of free data flow,unifying the definition of relevant concepts,improving data classification rules,clarifying the standards for cross-border data flow security assessment,and expanding the list of non-compliant measures.
