摘要

TRIZ理论在大直径球型工件自定心夹具设计中可以解决方案优化的问题,应用经典TRIZ的基本研究方法,分析系统的矛盾和资源,通过TRIZ理论强大的工具体系,寻求解决矛盾的最优解,得出相对优化的设计方案,指导工程设计优化.

Abstract

The application of TRIZ theory in the design of self-centering fixtures in large diameter spherical workpiece can solve the problem of optimizing solutions.By applying classic TRIZ basic research methods,this paper analyzes the contradictions and resources in the system,seeks for the optimal solution to solve contradictions via the powerful tool system in TRIZ theory,and gets a relatively optimized design scheme to guide engineering design optimization.
