数字金融对区域科技创新的驱动效应研究——基于动态空间杜宾模型

传统金融由于存在门槛条件、成本和信息不对称等问题,数字金融的发展带来了诸多便利,进而城市科技创新水平产生影响.利用安徽省16个地级2015-2021年面板数据进行实证分析得出结论:安徽省区域科技创新存在着显著的空间正相关性,短期而言,数字金融对区域科技创新水平的空间效应显著,数字金融对区域科技创新的推动作用明显,从长期来看,本地数字金融对本地科技创新影响效果不显著,周边数字金融对本地科技创新影响显著.因此,应推动数字金融发展,加速金融数字化转型,缓解信贷约束问题,提供资金支持,协调区域数字金融发展驱动科技创新发展.
A Study on the Driving Effect of Digital Finance on Regional Technological Innovation——Based on the Dynamic Spatial Dubin Model
Digital finance can address the asymmetry problems between threshold conditions,cost and information in traditional finance.The development of digital finance can bring a lot of convenience,exerting an impact on scientific and technological innovation for cities.Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2021,this study makes an empirical analysis and conclusion that there is a significant spatial positive correlation between regional scientific and technological innovation:in the short term,there is significant spatial effect of digital finance on regional technological innovation,and digital finance plays an obvious role in promoting regional scientific and technological innovation;in the long run,there is no significant effect of local digital finance on local technological innovation,while the surrounding digital finance has a significant impact on local technological innovation.Therefore,we should promote the development of digital finance,accelerate financial Digital transformation,ease credit constraints,provide financial support,and coordinate regional digital finance development to drive scientific and technological innovation.
