Causes and Solutions of Each Responsible Subject's Ethical Dilemma from the Perspective of"Three-Review System"of Academic Journals
The basic procedures regarding the"three-review system"for academic journals involves"first review by editors,re-review by experts and final review by chief editors".The responsible subject of each link faces certain ethical dilemmas,that is,the psychological alienation of the first-review editor to the manuscript and the author,the alienation of the re-review expert in the decision-making power,and the alienation of the final-review expert in politics and human nature.The causes of alienation are complex in terms of subject ethics and academic orientation,so we should strengthen editorial self-discipline and heteronomy to realize the standardization of journals.
