扩招冲击、家庭经济资本与研究生教育机会获得——基于CFPS2020数据的分析

摘要
研究生教育机会获得与否受研究生扩招政策、家庭经济资本的影响,是教育机会公平的重要体现.基于CFPS2020年数据库中5 828份样本,探讨研究生扩招、家庭经济资本差异与研究生教育机会获得三者之间关系.研究发现:研究生扩招政策冲击与家庭经济资本均会提升研究生教育机会获得的概率;在控制性别、民族等变量后,这一结论依然适用.此外,低收入家庭的子女从扩招中获得研究生教育的机会更大,而不同经济资本层级的家庭获得研究生教育机会的相对差距较小,即研究生扩招政策拓展了低收入家庭子女向上流动的渠道.
Abstract
Whether the access to postgraduate education opportunities is affected by the postgraduate enrollment expansion policy and varies according to the differences in family economic capital,which is an important manifestation of educational equity.Using the 5828 samples in the CFPS2020 database,this paper explores the relationship between postgraduate enrollment expansion,family economic capital differences and postgraduate education opportunities.The results go as the following:both the impact of postgraduate enrollment expansion policy and family economic capital will increase the probability of obtaining postgraduate education opportunities;this result is still acceptable after controlling variables such as gender and ethnicity;the children from low-income families can obtain more opportunities for postgraduate education from the enrollment expansion;families with different levels of economic capital have relatively narrow differences in access to postgraduate education opportunities,that is,the postgraduate enrollment expansion policy has expanded the channels for children from low-income families to move upward.
