The formation of American-Iranian relationship is a dynamic historical development process.The contemporary American-Iranian relationship is an important one in the international affairs,and is an embodiment of the major contradictions in the world pattern,being largely related to the trend of change of the world pattern.Since its establishment,NATO has witnessed an increasing number of member states and continuous eastward expansion.The changing trend of NATO itself is also a reflection of the evolving trend of the international pattern.Iran,which insists on opposing hegemonism,will be an important force to block the eastward expansion of NATO.China should focus on consolidating and strengthening Chinese-Iranian relations to maintain the global strategic stability.Our country should make efforts to strengthen the implementation of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative to promote the development of Iran's economy,science and technology,thus enhancing the capabilities of Iran to maintain social stability and safeguard national security,for creating a better international environment for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
