From the aspect of cross-enterprise symbiotic culture,this paper discusses the establishment of communication and cooperation channels between multiple enterprises,the construction of a business environment protection system suitable for the integration of industrial value chain and the concept framework of cross-enterprise governance.This is not only conducive to the alliance of loose enterprises,and to the effective control to cooperation parties from the perspective of the whole value chain,and will be more conducive to the transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain.What'more,it can improve the ability of economic system against risks,and achieve high quality development,further optimize the corporate governance integration control,and provide more effective value for corporate governance.
