Innovating Ideological and Political Teaching Mode in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Cognitive Load
Ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities undertakes the task of moral education for students in the stage of higher education.However,with the advent of information technology,the Internet has gradually occupied the dominant position in teaching,college students'interest in traditional ideological and political education is gradually declining,and their internal and external cognitive load is slowly increasing.In view of the"rigid"mode and defects in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes college students'cognitive load characteristics,and constructs the ideological and political flipped classroom teaching mode based on cognitive load,which is conducive to enabling students to complete the efficient learning process more smoothly,obtaining better learning results,and promoting the comprehensive improvement of comprehensive quality.
