Using literature review and case study methods,this paper explores the application of traditional patterns in modern cultural and creative product design,and explores the cultural connotation and artistic value of traditional Chinese patterns,and puts forward the innovative application strategies of traditional patterns in modern cultural and creative products:combining traditional patterns with the characteristics of cultural and creative products to create artistic conception;fully leverage the cultural connotations and charm of traditional patterns,and unleashing the cultural value of modern cultural and creative products;combining modern design techniques to better showcase the characteristics of traditional patterns;sublimating the aesthetic characteristics of traditional patterns.In this process,it is important to avoid blindly copying traditional pattern elements,to enhance the fashion of the design process,and to pay attention to maintaining a balance between inheritance and innovation.
