This article makes an analysis of the musical structure of the clarinet concerto The Sound of Pamir,including movement layout,thematic development,the technical difficulties in harmony arrangement and performance practice,the distinctive nationality characteristics of music performance,strong ethnic customs,distinct rhythm,and profound emotional expression,key techniques of performance,such as timbre control,the use of breath,and finger flexibility etc.These prominent features can help people to more accurately understand and interpret this work,and contribute new ideas and perspectives to the development of clarinet teaching and performance art.
