The Thought and Countermeasure of High-Quality Development of Farmers Cooperative in Heilongjiang Province
Heilongjiang province farmer cooperatives is an important factor in the development of the modern agriculture in Heilongjiang province.The results show that there are some problems in Heilongjiang farmers'cooperatives,such as high number of abnormal cooperatives,weak internal standardized management and small scale.The causes include:blind registration caused by indulging ideas,loose organization led by Backward management philosophy;the limitation of large-scale development led by the difficulty of rural land circulation,weak management ability led by the serious shortage of new farmers,weak development led by lack of capital and financing,and the weak social service of agriculture that makes it difficult to meet the demand.Among them,what is the most lacking is talents,the most difficult is capital acquisition,premium appreciation,interest connection,and the most urgently needed is the development of industrial chain and digital agriculture.Therefore,the fundamental way to solve the problems is to build a talent chain,industrial chain,financing chain,value chain,interest chain and digital chain.It is believed that the coordinated efforts of the"six chains"will certainly promote the high-quality development of farmer cooperatives in Heilongjiang province.
