摘要

数智化技术的深度融合与应用,正在重塑传统的人力资源管理格局,为企业带来了前所未有的挑战与机遇.这种技术革新不仅颠覆了传统的人力资源管理理念和模式,更以其高效、精准的特点,为企业提升运营效率、降低成本开辟了新的道路.同时,数智化技术的引入也为企业构建更加敏捷、灵活的组织结构提供了有力支撑,使企业能够迅速响应市场变化,持续保持竞争优势.

Abstract

The deep integration and application of digital technology are reshaping the traditional pattern regarding human resource management,which brings unprecedented challenges and opportunities to enterprises.This technological innovation not only subverts traditional human resource management concepts and models,but also opens up new paths for enterprises to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs with its efficient and precise characteristics.In the meanwhile,the introduction of digital technology can provide strong support for enterprises to build more agile and flexible organizational structures,and enable them to quickly respond to market changes and maintain competitive advantages.
