With the rapid advancement of society and technology,it has become increasingly prominent to highlight the importance of protecting the privacy rights of athletes.This papers aims to comprehensively explore the normative system for protecting the privacy rights of athletes in the new era,and makes in-depth analysis from four aspects regarding law,ethics,technology,and management,and proposes comprehensive and systematic protection strategies:At the legal level,its explores how to improve relevant laws and regulations to provide solid legal protection for the privacy rights of athletes;At the ethical level,sports ethics and enhancing public moral awareness are advocated;At the technical level,it explores how to use modern technological means to enhance privacy protection capabilities;At the management level,it is necessary to establish effective management systems and strengthen regulatory efforts.It is hoped the strategic measures can provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection of athletes'privacy rights.
