On the Value,Difficulties and Path of Cultivating Ice and Snow Sports Talents in Colleges and Universities
With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,domestic ice and snow sports and related ice and snow industry have developed vigorously with the growing demand for ice and snow professionals in the whole society.Faced with such a situation,colleges and universities should carefully examine the value,constraints and path problems of the current ice and snow sports talent training:the ice and snow sports talent training has the value of meeting the needs of all sectors of society and expanding the scale of ice and snow sports;there are many difficulties in the training process of ice and snow sports talents,such as the narrow distribution of students,the degraded quality of talent training,and the binding ice and snow security mechanism.For addressing all kinds of difficulties encountered in the training process and meeting the increasing demand for ice and snow sports talents,there is a need to ensure the demand of ice and snow students,improve the quality of teaching staff and construct guarantee mechanism.
