On the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Training Cross-Country Skiing Reserve Talents in Heilongjiang Province
Thanks to its unique geographical advantages,Heilongjiang Province has become the birthplace of ice and snow sports in China,making it the most developed province in terms of ice and snow sports.Compared to the world's top cross-country skiing athletes,there is a significant gap in the performance of cross-country skiing athletes in our country.Heilongjiang Province is viewed a major province with advantages in China's cross-country skiing events.In order to improve the level of cross-country skiing and steadily develop the cross-country skiing events in Heilongjiang Province,the echelon construction of reserve talent teams is of utmost importance.This article analyzes the current situation of training reserve talents for cross-country skiing in Heilongjiang Province,and discusses the following problems:a shortage of talents,a lack of comprehensiveness in the construction of reserve talent echelons;having a weak foundation and difficulty selecting talents among teenagers;lack of venues and high equipment prices,having difficulty in finding employment and resettlement for retired athletes,and the average professional quality level of coaches.Therefore,specific countermeasures for developing off-road skiing reserve talents are proposed from five aspects:optimizing the training system for off-road skiing reserve talents,formulating reasonable standards for youth talent selection,accelerating venue construction and equipment industry layout,increasing funding investment,and improving the teaching level of the coach team.
