浙南地区传统民居气候适应性营建特征研究——以西坑村为例

运用GIS核密度工具分析浙江省传统村落空间分布特征,研究表明:浙南地区丽水市传统村落分布数量较多,以浙南地区丽水市西坑村为研究对象,深入研究该地区传统民居气候适应性营建特征.结果表明:(1)西坑村规划选址上顺应地形,具有良好的气候适应性;(2)传统民居平面布局紧凑,冷巷空间风速较大自遮阳效果好,具有良好的抗风性;(3)夏季恶劣天气影响下,室内湿度较大,需主动除湿来提升人体舒适度.应对存在的问题进行规划设计和更新改善,为浙南地区传统民居绿色营建和环境提升提供依据.
A Study on the Construction Features of Traditional Dwellings'Climate Adaptability in Southern Zhejiang——Taking Xikeng Village as an Example
This paper,by using GIS kernel density tool,analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province.The results show that:(1)The site selection of Xikeng village conforms to the terrain and has good climate adaptability;(2)The layout of traditional residential houses is compact,and the wind speed in the cold lane space is large,the self-shading effect is good,and it has good wind resistance;(3)Under the influence of severe weather in summer,it is necessary to take the initiative to dehumidify to improve human comfort due to high indoor humidity.Based on the results,this paper puts forward the corresponding planning,design and updating improvement strategies,hoping to provide a basis for the green construction and environmental improvement of traditional residential buildings in southern Zhejiang.
