In the early years of the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the 15 newly independent countries embarked the pace of economic reform.Looking back at the reform effectiveness of these countries,Belarus has obtained striking achievements in the economic reforms.To this end,this paper explores the measures of economic reform in Belarus,evaluates the various measures and analyzed the characteristics of the economy in each stage,reinterprets the causes of success and key tasks of the reform of"shock therapy"and social market-oriented economy from the institutional level,and looks forward to the future development direction.The model of economic reform and economic transformation in Belarus has important reference significance for the reform and development of socialist countries.
