On Optimizing Higher Education Management from the Perspective of Regional Culture
With the popularization of higher education in our country, regional culture has increasingly prominent value in higher education management, because regional culture can provide rich cultural resources for the construction of universities, and it is also the key to promoting students'individualized development, strengthening cultural construction on campus, and driving regional economic and social development in universities. However, there still exist problems in higher education management for the present, such as lack of integration of regional cultural elements, neglect of local needs in allocating educational resources, weak cross-cultural management capabilities, and a disconnect between innovation ability cultivation and regional development. To this end, corresponding measures are proposed as the following:innovating educational management models, optimizing resource allocation, implementing multicultural exchange projects, and establishing cooperation platforms among industries, universities, and research institutes. It is hoped that these measures can fully utilize regional cultural resources and improve the level of university management and governance efficiency.
