As an important base for cultural inheritance and innovation,universities are viewed as the place not only for disseminating legal culture,but for shaping the concept of rule of law.The construction of legal culture system will directly affect the current process of rule of law.This article explores the mechanism for the construction of legal culture system in universities from four aspects:the dual attributes of legal culture,a comparison of the cultivation of two types of legal culture,the contradictions and positive interactions between the two types of legal culture,and the paths of constructing legal culture system.
