New Paths of Promoting of Education Equity and Teaching Quality——Educational Cooperation between Chinese and Russian Universities by Applying MOOCs
In the era of globalization and informationization background,promoting education equity and teaching quality has become the issue of common concern to all countries in the world.With the rise of Massive Open Online courses(MOOCs),the education landscape is undergoing unprecedented change.As an important platform for international cooperation in education,the cooperation between China and Russia has become increasingly close in the field of higher education,especially in exploring the application of MOOCs,which has opened up a new path for promoting educational equity and teaching quality.The educational cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities by MOOCs should be based on the current most advanced technology,and take teaching reform of teachers and cultivate students'innovative ability through the innovative design of teaching contents with appropriate methods and evaluation.
