In the historical development process of Chinese paintings,painting and language have always been complementary to each other.The article,standing on the historical dimension,discusses the relationship between language and images,and conducts a deep analysis of the three language image relationships in Chinese painting.Specifically,the language image relationships in Chinese painting mainly includes three parts:integration of language and image,separation of language image,and combination of language and image.The three language image relationships has a direct influence on the characteristics and formation of the development of ancient and modern literature and art,and has enlightening value for the creation and development of contemporary art.
