摘要

以二水合乙酸锌和2-甲基咪唑为原料在不锈钢网上涂覆一层Znzif-1薄膜,并以此为前驱体,制备出Zn LDH-NFA薄膜.接触角测量显示薄膜此时还未达到超疏水状态,最后将其浸泡在具有低表面能的硬脂酸溶液中改性处理.为了更全面分析薄膜的疏水性,使用X-射线衍射(XRD)表征膜层的结构,通过接触角测试,水滴在薄膜上的接触角达151.7°;油水混合物分离检测,分离效率均达96%;抗污抗水试验显示薄膜具有高度的自清洁能力和超疏水性能,以及测试强酸强碱的溶液中浸泡后是否具有耐腐蚀性,结果显示薄膜具有良好的结构稳定性和耐腐蚀性能.

Abstract

Zn LDH-NFA films were prepared by coating Zn zif-l films on stainless steel mesh with zinc acetate dihydrate and 2-methylimidazole as the precursor.The contact angle measurement showed that the film did not reach the superhydrophobic state at this time,and finally it was soaked in a stearic acid solution with low surface energy.For knowing the hydrophobicity of the film more comprehensively,X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used to characterize the structure of the film layer.Through the contact Angle test,the contact Angle of water droplets on the film reached 151.7°.The separation efficiency of oil and water mixture was 96%.Anti-fouling and anti-water tests show that the film has a high degree of self-cleaning ability and super hydrophobic performance.The results show that the film has good structural stability and corrosion resistance after soaking in strong acid and alkali solution.
