Abstract
Under the new situation,the development strategy on Russian Far East aims to meet the challenges of regional development,to promote economic growth,to attract foreign investment,and to improve residents'living standards.For achieving the goals,the development strategy focuses on infrastructure construction,urban construction,population and labor force,and international cooperation,etc.The new strategic measures for developing the Russian Far East involve a wide range of areas and are highly targeted.In light of the dynamic economic and social development of the Russian Far East,the new measures will reveal the policy adjustment and its impact implemented by Russia in the Far East,and help China-Russia regional cooperation.
