Research on the Protection Mechanism of Personal Information in the Field of Credit Investigation in China——Based on the Implementation of Personal Information Protection Act
With the promulgation and implementation of Personal Information Protection Law,the protection of personal information in China has been further strengthened.The promulgation and implementation of Personal Information Protection Act changed the fundamental purpose of the credit collection system,and the definition of personal credit information and the principles of handling it changed dramatically,adding the principles of lawfulness,good faith,and open and transparent handling with restrictions.The promulgation of Personal Information Protection Act has posed greater challenges to the legal compliance of the credit collection industry.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of personal information protection in the field of credit collection,and then puts forward suggestions to improve the legal aspects of personal information protection in the credit collection industry.
