摘要
绿色科技创新是国家、城市、企业等所有实体单位的发展准则之一.安徽省作为华东地区的中流砥柱,其发展势头更加受到广泛关注.通过纵横向拉开档次法从创新投入、创新成果、绿色发展、创新条件等四个方面构建绿色技术创新时空发展趋势的评价指标体系,研究安徽省10个工业城市2017-2021年的绿色科技创新能力时空演变趋势,找出工业城市在绿色创新发展中存在的短板,根据评价结果提出有效提高安徽省城市绿色发展的针对性建议.
Abstract
Green technological innovation is one of the development guidelines for all entities such as countries,cities,and enterprises.As the backbone of East China,Anhui Province's development momentum has received widespread attention.This article constructs an evaluation index system for the spatiotemporal development trend of green technology innovation from four aspects:innovation investment,innovation achievements,green development,and innovation conditions,using the vertical and horizontal leveling method.It studies the spatiotemporal evolution trend of green technology innovation capacity in 10 industrial cities in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2021,identifies the shortcomings of industrial cities in green innovation development,and proposes targeted suggestions for effectively improving urban green development in Anhui Province based on the evaluation results.
