数字虚拟人作为人工智能技术和虚拟现实技术融合的重要产物之一,目前已经开始应用于部分高校的管理工作,这为高校管理的创新提供了巨大的助力.数字虚拟人的技术尚不够成熟,将其应用于高校的管理实践,也面临管理者科技素养不足、成本高昂、安全隐私风险、情感交互性不强等问题.应从提高管理者科学素质、解决资金和资源问题、保护隐私安全、加强数字虚拟人管理人性化等角度入手,着力寻找相应的解决方案,为高校管理的不断创新和数字化转型升级提供助力.
Research on Digital Virtual Human Assisting University Management
As one of the important products in the integration of artificial intelligence technology and virtual reality technology,digital virtual humans have been applied in the management work of some universities,providing tremendous assistance for innovating management practices in universities.However,due to the immaturity of digital virtual human technology,the application process is confronted with problems such as insufficient technological literacy of managers,high costs,security and privacy risks,and weak emotional interaction.To this end,efforts should be made to improve the scientific quality of managers,address funding and resource issues,protect privacy and security,and strengthen the humanization of digital virtual human management.It is hopeful that corresponding solutions can provide assistance for the continuous innovation and digital transformation and upgrading of university management.
