The teaching effect can be regarded as the production function on the part of students,teachers and the environment.Due to the impact and interference of random factors,there is usually a gap between the actual teaching effect and the expected teaching effect,that is,"the teaching effect leaks out".To this end,a stochastic frontier model of teaching effect is established,and 12 indicators affecting teaching effect are selected to conduct empirical research on semi-normal model,censored normal model and normal exponential model.The empirical results show the following:there is a phenomenon of"teaching effect leakage"among students;students'self-study time,teachers'preparation time,professional title,degree,mandarin level,teaching methods,canteen meals,dormitory environment,classroom environment and learning atmosphere all have positive"positive feedback mechanism"on learning effect,while classroom questioning,campus network and morning reading have positive"negative feedback mechanism"on learning effect.Therefore,we should increase students'time for self-study and independent thinking,reduce the opportunity cost of asking questions,increase the"quiet activity"density in the classroom,encourage teachers to prepare lessons carefully,innovate the preparation and teaching methods,implement the strategy of teacher talents and student nutrition,strengthen the investment in school-running construction,cultivate the"demonstration effect"of postgraduate entrance examination and reduce the"leakage of teaching effect".
