Finite Element Analysis of Flexural Behavior of Composite Beams in Prefabricated Building
For studying the flexural behavior of composite beams made of ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)and ordinary concrete(NC)in prefabricated buildings, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of different material parameters by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software based on the three-dimensional numerical model of Yuehu Bay project in the country garden of Changsha, and reveals the influence mechanism of the parameters on the bending behavior of composite beams. The research data show the following findings:the increase of NC compressive strength has a certain effect on the bearing capacity of composite beams, and the insignificant effect can be ignored in practical engineering;the increase has relatively limited effect on the enhancement of stiffness;the effect of UHPC tensile strength also has a relatively limited effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of components;however, the increase of the tensile height of UHPC has a significant effect on improving the flexural capacity of composite beams. Therefore,in practical engineering practice, the ultimate bearing capacity of components can be effectively increased by reasonably increasing the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement.
