The global financial crisis in 2008 hit the hegemonic global governance model led by liberalism.There is a serious development deficit and governance deficit in global governance.China is committed to promoting reform of the global governance system.Through the"Belt and Road"Initiative,China uses social skills,such as framework reshaping,identity change,and mediation,to promote the evolution of global governance toward pluralistic governance systems and practices.This new global governance model is guided by common development and has injected strong impetus into cooperation among different countries on a global scale.
