AI赋能售后驱动制造业数字化转型与产品创新研究——以德尚德企业数字化转型为例

随着人工智能(AI)技术的持续进步,其在制造业的渗透与影响愈发显著,对制造业企业的转型升级提出了更高要求。剖析德尚德企业的数字化转型,分析AI驱动该转型的动因、实施路径及显著成效。研究表明:AI在售后环节的深度介入,通过监测、指导、反馈与更新四大环节的赋能,有效驱动了企业的产品创新;通过深化数据驱动的产品开发流程,推进全链条的智能化管理,实施AI赋能的产品服务化转型战略;以用户为中心,全面引领全价值链向数字化转型迈进。从三个方面共同构成了引领制造业数字化转型的新路径。
Manufacturing Digital Transformation and Product Innovation Driven by AI Empowering After-Sales Service——A Case Study of DeShangDe Enterprise's Digital Transformation
With the continuous advances of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,it has increasingly significant penetration and influence force in the manufacturing industry,which puts forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.This article analyzes the digital transformation journey of DeShangDe enterprise and details the motivation,implementation path,and remarkable results of AI driving the transformation.The study shows that the deep involvement of AI in the after-sales link can effectively drive the product innovation of enterprises through the empowerment of the four links of monitoring,guidance,feedback,and update.The new paths to lead the digital transformation of manufacturing industry are put forward from the three aspects:deepening the data-driven product development process,promoting the intelligent management of the whole chain,and implementing the AI-enabled product and service transformation strategy,taking users as the center,leading the digital transformation of the entire value chain.
