With people's pursuit of a healthy lifestyle and the increasing demand for special tourism experience,ice and snow sports tourism is rising rapidly in the world.With its unique natural conditions,Northeast China has abundant ice and snow resources,which provides a solid foundation for the development of ice and snow sports industry.However,at present,some problems still exist in terms of resources utilization and collaborative development in the ice and snow sports industry,which need to be further studied and solved.This study aims to solve the problems of the northeast ice and snow sports industry,to rebuild the effective strategy of resource integration and industrial collaborative development,to improve the overall competitiveness of the Northeast ice and snow sports industry and the core competitiveness of sustainable development,and to provide theoretical reference with practical value for the innovation and development of the ice and snow sports industry in Northeast China.
